We are available to consult with you or your staff when problems arise. We are available for remote or on-site assistance.
We will work with you to design and implement a communication strategy that works for you, including VoIP phones, VoIP mobile apps, texting, and voicemail.
We work on both a package rate and a per incident hourly rate. Package rates are customized by number of staff, stations, servers, licenses, etc. and generally include a set number of support/incident hours. These are customized per office. Per incident rates are based on time and materials. We bill in 15-minute increments and start at $140/hr. per technician.
We primarily work on, support, and integrate Microsoft Windows servers and associated services (SharePoint), workstations and notebooks, but do support Mac users needing to connect to a Windows server network.
We primarily service and support the Denver Metro area, including the DTC. We don't generally service areas north of Boulder and south of Castle Rock.
